TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Licensing

A valid Clark County marriage license is required. You may apply for your license at the Clark County Marriage Clerk’s office located in the courthouse at 101 Civic Way Suite #2. Office hours are Tuesday – Thursday 8 am – 4:15 pm, Friday 8 am – 7:45 pm, and Saturday and Sundays 8 am – 4:45 pm (closed noon – 1 pm for lunch). The license is valid for one year and the fee is $55.00 cash. For more information call (702) 298-4622 and ask for the Marriage Clerk.

Booking

The Aquarius offers four exceptional wedding ceremony packages and six different reception packages. When you’re ready to plan your special day contact the Catering Office and speak to one of our wedding consultants.
